Tammy defied her previous struggles as she used to sit all the time due to her weight, in this photo she was standing tall with strength. Due to excessive weight loss, the '1000-lb Sisters' star still has some loose breast skin which was clearly visible in the photo as she posed in the noodle strap gown, this immediately caught some unwanted attention. You really need a GOOD PUSH UP BRA" A second user added, "Just get a bra bae" while a third user wrote, "Need to get a bra on woman!!!." The comment section went on and on with the advice for her to wear a bra as another user mocked her and wrote, "Goodness wear a bra" A fifth user said "Get a bra boo" and a sixth user added with almost a request, "Tammy please wear a bra." Some of the users also used a concerned tone while suggesting the TLC star wear a bra to help her loose breast skin one user said, "I agree that she needs a bra!!
