Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate in hot water after shocking claims of sexual violence and coercion emerge in prosecution files: 'Going to slave b*****s'

BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate continue to face ongoing legal challenges that show no signs of abating.

Despite a growing accumulation of allegations against both Andrew and Tristan, the prosecution has recently introduced a fresh wave of charges indicating possible coercion and enslavement of women, through their legal files.

Currently, Andrew and Tristan are undergoing trial to address a multitude of serious accusations, including charges related to sexual assault, human trafficking, and organized crime.

A significant development occurred in July 2023, when the brothers were granted release from a prolonged five-month period of house arrest following a successful appeal.

What are Andrew and Tristan Tate accused of in the files?

According to the prosecution files, Andrew allegedly informed a presumed rape victim of his intentions to impregnate her and confine her within a residence.

The BBC has reviewed transcribed audio messages that refer to women as "slaves," which are part of the evidence collected by prosecutors in preparation for the trial against the influencer and his brother Tristan.

Contained within the prosecution's comprehensive 300-page case file summary is an accusation of sexual violence that resulted in injuries to a woman's eye and breast, as reported by the BBC.

Messages exchanged purportedly between Andrew and the alleged victim contain threats and allusions to rape, leaving the woman in a state of distress and fear.

In one particular incident, she asserts that Andrew "slapped her across the face" after instructing her to disrobe. She claimed she felt compelled to comply due to his forceful behavior during sexual encounters, where he allegedly controlled her movements.

She also alleged that he threatened to impregnate her and confine her in a house.

Both men are presently undergoing trial in Romania on charges of human trafficking and the establishment of an organized criminal group, alongside two co-defendants. Additionally, Andrew is individually charged with rape.

They have strongly refuted all allegations leveled against them and are anticipated to contest the evidence presented by the prosecution during an upcoming pre-trial hearing scheduled for this month.

In a separate instance, another woman alleged that Andrew attempted to coerce her into participating in group sexual activity.

According to BBC accounts, she communicated to Andrew through a transcribed message, "I will not have sex with girls. I'm not going to do this. Baby, I gotta drink for this. I can't do it without drinking."

Reportedly, Tate replied by saying, "Don't be boring... I want to see that you submit to me... Shut up you w***e, you will do as I say."

Within the 300-page account, there are also audio messages from 2020 that unveil Tristan's purported disapproval of granting the women access to their P**nHub and OnlyFans accounts.

Reportedly, Tristan is said to have remarked, "I don't want them to have the passwords, I don't want them to have anything. I don't want you to tell them they have OnlyFans, I want that money to be used by me and you, screw them."

"Mainly I'm going to slave these b*****s... I'm going to make them work even more hours and hours and hours...I work these b*****s like slaves... SLAVE work. Minimum 10 or 12 hours a day."

The case files also indicate that the duo actively controlled the earnings derived from the content produced by the women and retained significant portions of it.

These records outline that fines amounting to 10 percent of the income generated from platforms like OnlyFans and Pornhub were imposed for seemingly minor reasons such as shedding tears momentarily pausing during live performances, or taking extended breaks.

As a result, one purported victim found herself owing the Tate brothers a total of $4,342.

Together with Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu, the Tate brothers stand accused of forming an organized criminal group for human trafficking in Romania.

Furthermore, Andrew and Tristan are known for their misogynistic views and face an additional charge of rape.

Transcribed text messages also reveal instances where Naghel allegedly threatened some of the women, using phrases like "break your teeth" or "end up in the morgue."

Additionally, the files disclose that subscriptions to Tate's online groups, namely the War Room and Hustler's University, appeared to generate nearly $50,90,140 monthly.

Prosecutors contend that the Tate brothers seem to lack income "from lawful activities," yet they managed to accumulate "numerous properties," possess "15 of the rarest and most expensive cars," valuable jewelry, and $400,000 in cryptocurrency since 2018.

Tate, who has been accused of propagating online conspiracy theories and has garnered a following of 7.7 million on Twitter, has consistently asserted that prosecutors lack any evidence against him.

He contends that a political conspiracy has been orchestrated to suppress his viewpoints.
