BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Andrew Tate has been the subject of much controversy after openly advocating for the Islamification of Britain. This stance is particularly surprising considering his previous religious disposition. Born a Christian, Tate had never identified strongly with any faith and considered himself an atheist. However, in a significant turn of events, he converted to Islam in 2022. Following his conversion, which he referred to as a transformative experience, he now firmly believed that religion held the key to addressing numerous societal issues.
As of March 31, Tate remains under house arrest in Romania, following his arrest in December 2022 on multiple charges, including sexual assault, organized crime and human trafficking. The seriousness of these charges has added further complexity to the public's perception of his religious transformation. During his time in jail, Tate shared on Twitter that he turned to the Quran for guidance and solace. Some question whether his newfound faith was genuine or a strategic move to garner sympathy or mitigate the consequences of his actions.
'Britain will be fully Islamic soon'
In response to the news of a Muslim billionaire winning the right to transform the Trocadero, a prominent landmark in London, into a mosque, Tate expressed his joy indirectly. He remarked that the building, situated right at the heart of London's historic center, was a significant location for such a transformation. He referred to the news as "amazing" and stated that this change could be viewed as a positive development for the British people. Tate indirectly conveyed that in his opinion, the only apparent alternatives for the British people were either embracing Islam or displaying pride flags, as he believed the country had lost touch with its intrinsic culture and sense of patriotism.
Tate wrote, "This building is literally dead centre in the middle of London’s historic centre. Amazing news. The only alternative to Islam for the brits are pride flags as they no longer have any innate culture or patriotisim. Allah is the best of planners and I look forward to seeing The Islamic republic of Great Britistan in her final form. Alhamdulillah Britain will be fully Islamic soon."
'Tate has access to hallucinogenic drugs'
Tate's statement has sparked a flurry of reactions from social media users. One user wrote, "I can only surmise that Tate has access to hallucinogenic drugs." Another user wrote, "You do know Muslims hate you…?" A user stated, "Lol he is such a clown. Maybe he cut a deal with the Romanian human traffickers that they wouldn't kill him if he towed the line. Amusing thing is everything Tate does is a sin in Islam." A user commented, "If you like islam so much, don't stay in a Christian Country like Romania where there are very few muslims. Go back in West, or you can also live in Iran, or Pakistan. In any case, Please, shut up."
