Some Apex Legends players on PC and console are calling on development studio Respawn Entertainment to transfer a buff Bangalore's Tactical ability received on mobile to the other versions of the game.
In all versions of Apex Legends, Bangalore's Tactical ability allows her to launch a smoke grenade to obscure vision. The difference on mobile is that she can use this ability even when she's been knocked down, making it easier for her to crawl to safety and disrupt fights her teammates are still engaged in. This would make her the only Legend in the game capable of using abilities while downed.
Apex Legends YouTuber Bobz has suggested this extra versatility be added to the PC and console versions of Bangalore. His argument is that the change would add depth to Bangalore's kit without becoming too powerful, as it would obscure vision for both enemies and teammates, and could be countered with X-ray scopes.
But there is some doubt as to the necessity of the buff. Although Bangalore isn't the single most popular Legend in the game, her pick rate of 5% still puts her in the top 10 most played Legends. Respawn Entertainment hasn't published win rates for Bangalore, so beyond her popularity it's hard to know where she fits into the meta.
