Apex Legends Players Want More

After the success of Three Strikes, Apex Legends players want more "wacky stupid modes" that offer a different experience in Respawn Entertainment's Battle Royale.

The Apex Legends x Post Malone event was a success on all fronts. Not only did it provide new "Iconic" skins for players (and free Twitch drops), but it also brought Three Strikes, a fun, forgiving LTM that offered players multiple respawn opportunities in a single match. The community loved Three Strikes so much that Respawn Entertainment extended its stay in Apex Legends past the event.

Now, more and more players are challenging the developers to release another out-of-the-box mode to Apex Legends.

In a new thread on the Apex Legends subreddit, players came together to call for more "wacky stupid modes" in the Battle Royale. After the success of Three Strikes, Apex Legends fans are brainstorming other unique modes that could make the game more exciting.

"Three Strikes shouldn't be the only wacky mode to be made, death goes boom? Low gravity?" the thread starts. "Idk but dumb modes like this really help the casual part of the community."

Immediately, others joined in with more ideas, like a mode where "the zone insta kills and is always moving in" or an "original, pre-season 1 apex" with only "original characters, guns, and map."

Fortunately, Respawn Entertainment seems to have heard the community pleas and is delivering a new LTM, called Revenant Uprising.
