Crafted with the high-end industrial design that you expect from Apple products, these were originally released in five colors—light green, pink, silver, sky blue, or space gray—but only the gray is eligible for the price drop. The foam-lined earpads are comfortable enough for extended listening, and the sound quality is clear and well-balanced, with particularly nice bass response. Throw in adaptive EQ and hands-free Siri access and they're a steal.
One of the biggest draws is the active noise cancellation, which we tested against competitors and found to be top-of-the-line in many circumstances. If you like to enfold yourself in a sonic cocoon and bliss out, these babies will make that happen.
