As Managing Director - Multifamily Investment Sales, Shay is responsible for business development, client relationships, and investment sales of existing multifamily assets and development opportunities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to BermanCRE, Shay served as Senior Vice President with Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Sales team for nearly 13 years. He brings over 20 years of experience and has sold over 55,000 multifamily units throughout his career, totaling more than $6.5 billion in transaction volume. Throughout his career, Shay has represented a variety of sellers including institutional owners, REITS, pension funds, non-profit organizations, family offices, private capital investors and legacy owners.
