The ‘Toxic Pony’ singer, 41, and the model, 29, exchanged vows in June 2022 after sparking romance rumors with Asghari’s appearance as Spears' love interest in her 'Slumber Party' music video.
However, Spears has now "got physical" with Ashgari as marital tensions have erupted further, a TMZ report claims. The report also notes that the pair has had frequent "screaming matches" in the past, with security being forced to step in. According to one source, Sam doesn't stay at their home much anymore, which is particularly concerning given how much she has come to rely on him. These claims came after Asghari expressed his strong disapproval of the recently released documentary, 'Britney Spears: The Price of Freedom'.

The model took to his social media to express his worries and protect his wife from what he sees as an unjust depiction in the media. “After fifteen years, when she’s free after all those gaslighting, and after all those things that went down, now, you’re going to put her under a microscope and tell her story?” he questioned. He also noted how far the 41-year-old singer has come in recent years, both emotionally and professionally, while stressing that he will not comment on her behalf since he respects her privacy, MEAWW reported earlier.
The rumors of Spears and Asghari’s marriage problems started making headlines after they were spotted without their wedding bands. However, at the time. insiders refuted the claims and confirmed that all was well between the couple. "All is good," a source told Daily Mail, adding, "Sam is working on a project and she is on a vacation with [manager] Cade [Hudson]." Earlier this week, the singer made a confusing statement about her marriage on Instagram. While their marriage appears smooth from the outside, insiders claim it isn't progressing as well as was anticipated. A tipster revealed that Spears frequently takes her frustrations and anger out on her present husband because she is still upset about how she was treated years ago.
