LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Nearly two years after being arrested for carrying drugs at an airport, Brooke Mueller has "gotten her act together" and was committed to raising her two sons. Sources close to Mueller, who is Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, said, "This past year, Brooke has really gotten her act together and it seems like she has left her demons in the past."

Sources added, "Her whole life now revolves around her two boys, and she's pretty much living a soccer mom life. She's either bringing the kids back and forth from school, taking them to football practice or shuttling them around with their friends. It's been a long, hard road for Brooke, but she is a fighter, and her two boys are what keeps her going," per RadarOnline

'She is really dedicated to righting her wrongs'

Sources continued, "She is really dedicated to righting her wrongs as a mom. To keep herself centered, she has gotten into yoga big time, and also spends time hiking, going to the gym, and playing tennis," as reported by Radar.

After years of battling substance issues and rehab stints, Brooke has turned on a new leaf. However, she is still on probation as a result of the 2021 arrest.

Mueller's probation may reportedly end in December. She was arrested on March 3, 2021, by the Department of Public Safety (DPS) officers at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and charged with two counts of possessing "one gram or more but less than four grams" of meth and a small amount of amphetamine.

Mueller was out on a $1,000 bond two days later. On December 13, 2021, she pled guilty to one felony count of possessing amphetamine. The sentencing document reportedly read, "You have been placed on community supervision as an alternative to incarceration on this 13th day of December 2021 for the period of 2 years, for the offense of (possession) by the Honorable Mike Thomas in the Criminal District Court #4, Tarrant County, Texas."

A "deferred adjudication" means Mueller has to perform 160 hours of community service, will be subjected to random drug testing and "avoid persons and places of disreputable or harmful character."

In March 2022, Mueller, whose probation was moved to Los Angeles, requested permission to travel to Utah on business. According to court documents, Mueller "started a school in the Salt Lake City area for troubled children, and the trip is associated with her attempts to expand the school and its services."

'She's been doing great'

Mueller and Sheen got married in 208 and had twins, Max and Bob, who are now 14 years old in 2009, per the Daily Mail. Sheen filed for divorce in November 2010, which was finalized in May 2011. However, the couple's dispute over child support payments continued in court.

Despite stating she had no idea about the arrest, Mueller's mother, 69-year-old Moira Fiore, reportedly said that her daughter was sober and had been spending more time with the family while they were abroad. She said, "I can tell you she's been doing great for the last two years – she's been with us a lot, traveling with us. So, there has been no drug abuse, I guess since that day. That part I can tell you because I can always tell if she was doing it."
