There are 50 tokens available throughout the Summer Swaps program. The rewards include big packs to earn Shapeshifter items, TOTS players, and plenty of player packs.
If you're looking to get plenty of players for SBCs or chances at packing a Shapeshifters card, you can spend 18 tokens on the four Rare players packs. If you have earned every token so far, you can currently afford this reward for Shapeshifters Team 4, or save for the upcoming FUTTIES promotion.
Alternatively, if you want to go stricly for players, one you should definitely target is 95-rated Shapeshifters Presnel Kimpembe. Kimpembe has been arguably the most broken defender in FIFA 22, and his 95 CAM card can play pretty much anywhere in the game. However, as a CDM or moving to CB, he will remain the most overpowered defender in the game, with more than enough links to ge t on chemistry.
Icon Moments Zinedine Zidane is a nice ultimate reward for 40-tokens, however, you're better off skipping him and Ronaldinho for one of the Shapeshifters or TOTS packs, considering that even many Icon cards are slipping behind the current FIFA 22 power curve in turn for the newest special cards.
