Apple is announcing new iPhones next week. You may not have enough money on hand to get one at launch. There's a way to alleviate that.

Thankfully, that couldn't be easier to do. Apple's official trade-in website provides a full list of trade-in values for its devices.

iPhone 7 Plus: Up to $50
iPhone 7: Up to $40
Of course, there are caveats to this. First, iPhone 14 trade-in values are not part of this list yet. And even new-ish iPhones will only get you so much, as the site lists the iPhone 13 Pro Max as having an estimated trade-in value of $640. It goes all the way back to the iPhone 7, which clocks in at a rousing $40. And yes, these are technically estimates; you could go to an Apple Store and theoretically get less than is listed here.
Point being, though, that you can at least get an idea of how much the iPhone 15 will run you with a viable trade-in. Given how much phones cost these days, that never hurts.
