Kourtney Kardashian reveals doctors saved her unborn baby's life in shocking Instagram post
Reality star Kourtney Kardashian has revealed she had to undergo emergency fetal surgery to save her baby’s life. In an Instagram post, the 44-year-old, who is pregnant with her and husband Travis Barker’s child, explained she was rushed to hospital where doctors were able to save her unborn baby. Barker, 47, who is the drummer for rock band Blink 182, “rushed” back from the band’s UK and Ireland tour to be by his wife’s side. Kardashian wrote: “I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life. “I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.” Kardashian shares three children with her former partner Scott Disick and opened up about how going from having three “really easy pregnancies” to having to undergo fetal surgery filled her with a level of “fear” she was unprepared for. She continued: “As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery. “I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear. “I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant. “Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing.” In the comments, many offered their support to the couple after their frightening experience. “Sending you and @travisbarker all my bundles of hugs and healing,” one wrote. Another said: “Love you. So thankful everything is ok.” Sign up to our free Indy100 weekly newsletter Have your say in our news democracy. Steve Harvey reacts to viral burger that looks like him
Steve Harvey has responded to a viral burger that looks like him, and he's taking it all in good humour. The burger, which did the rounds on social media, had big slices of onion under a patty and people joked the slices looked like the American TV host's smile. The user who posted it, Sagittarius Groove, wrote: “Why they give me these big onion slices, my burger look like Steve Harvey." She then begged her followers not to harass Harvey with her post, writing, “Pls don’t tag Steve, I don’t want to offend anyone. I was eating dinner and thought 3 of my mutuals would see this.” But it quickly made its way to the Family Feud host, as is often the case on social media, but at least he seemed to see the funny side. "Stop sending me this $!," he said accompanied with a laughing crying face. Sign up to our free Indy100 weekly newsletter After he tweeted the picture, the post went viral and people on Twitter praised him for his ability to take a joke and who can blame them? After all, there are worse things to look like than a burger, in our opinion at least. Have your say in our news democracy. Voros Twins roast Island Boys after HipHop duos recent kissing controversies
Social media entertainers, the Voros Twins, known for their comedy videos on TikTok, have taken a swipe at the Island Boys following their kiss last month. In a clip shared online, the pair responded to a question asking whether they were the controversial Island Boys, who have recently caused backlash for kissing each other romantically. "We're not the Island Boys, we have zero tattoos, we don't rap, we don't live in Florida, we never swear and we're always positive," the Hungarian-Canadian duo said, before taking a long pause. "And we don't kiss each other," they joked. Sign up for our free Indy100 weekly newsletter The video was soon inundated with comments, with one person thanking the Voros Twins for "clearing this up for us." "Just hold out till the end, they really said that," another said, while a third humoured: "They saw what the Island Boys were doing and had to clear those allegations real quick" It comes after the Island Boys, Kodiyakredd (Franky Venegas) and Flyysoulja (Alex Venegas), shared a video of them kissing, and later defended their actions as "not that big of a deal." The twins, who went viral in 2021 for their catchy TikTok song, disturbed social media in July when they locked lips to mark the launch of their OnlyFans account. They later appeared on Adam22's No Jumper podcast where they told him: "We're twin brothers, we came out of the womb together, we grew up together. It's not really disgusting if it's twins." They continued: "We kind of just made out or whatever, we kissed and then we just like look the other way for a few minutes and couldn't like, look at each other, but it wasn't that big of a deal – just a kiss."
