Lena the Plug’s husband bought her a Lamborghini for sleeping with a porn star
Not everyone would celebrate if their other half was filmed sharing a bed with another person. But adult entertainers Lena the Plug and Adam22 are certainly not everyone. Indeed, such was the delight felt by Adam22 (real name Adam Grandmaison) that his wife had successfully shot an adult scene with porn star Jason Luv, that he decided to treat her to a lavish gift. The ‘No Jumper’ podcast host posted a video to social media showing his missus standing with her eyes closed next to a green Lamborghini. Sign up for our free Indy100 weekly newsletter Addressing the camera, he then announced: “OK, Lena, I’m so proud of you doing your first ever BBC scene that I decided that I wanted to get you a little something nice.” She then opened her eyes and shrieked: “What? This? For me? Babe!” before embracing her husband. (For the avoidance of doubt, “BBC” does not refer to the British Broadcasting Corporation here but to a very explicit slang term that we most certainly don’t endorse.) Lena the Plug (real name Lena Nersesian) and Luv had their erotic encounter at the end of June, to the shock of millions of fans. She and Adam are known for their podcast ‘Plug Talk’ which sees them interview a female porn actor, then have sex with her at the end of the episode. But this was the first time she’d had sex with another man since the start of her relationship with the YouTuber seven years ago. Adam admitted that he initially felt conflicted about their liaison, but soon came to embrace it. “It’s officially been a week since I let my wife do a porn with another guy,” he tweeted earlier this month. “I felt a little jealous at first but overall it wasn’t that big a deal. She’s watched me sleep with hundreds of girls and it’s never affected our relationship. “Sleeping with that gentleman has been amazing for both her career and our business @plugtalkshow. Overall I’m glad we did it,” he added. It comes after the content creator found himself subjected to a torrent of online mockery for “allowing” his wife to perform with a male colleague. Lena was quick to defend her man, telling TMZ: “I've had 200 threesomes with him and women. Is that a simp? "Someone who's been given all of this sexual experience and I get one guy and it's like a big deal?" Have your say in our news democracy. John Cena impersonates Liverpool fan in lesson on British culture
John Cena attempted his best impression of a Liverpudlian accent as he learned about some iconic British pop culture moments. The 46-year-old wrester and actor was educated during a BBC Radio 1 segment where they printed out text from these viral clips for Cena to read. He was then shown the actual clips which include our favourites such as Jackie Weaver and Ronnie Pickering. Sign up to our free Indy100 weekly newsletter One of the moments that was also shown was impassioned Liverpool fan James Redmond who went viral for his post-match comments back in 2017 when the The Reds won 4-2 against Hoffenheim in a Champions League play-off. "No you see I'm talking facts here. I don't do ifs, buts and maybes, I do absolutes," Cena said, reading out Redmond's words. "And, you know like, if your aunt had balls she'd be your uncle. But she doesn't so she's not. Do you know what I'm try to say." The clip is then played to Cena for him to understand the full context, and he even gives the Scouse accent a go as he mimicked Redmond by repeating: "Why you's laughing for?" and "I'm being serious!" @bbcradio1 we taught fast x’s john cena about jackie weaver and ronnie pickering… you’re welcome ? #johncena #jackieweaver #ronniepickering #britishcomedy Thoroughly impressed with Redmond, a smiling Cena said: "Kid's nine and he's that sharp. Razor wit. I don't have jokes like that when I was six. He added: "This kid's three. He shouldn't be able to talk." But that wasn't all as Cena also had a go at doing a Yorkshire accent when "I'm in my mum's car" viral Vine clip was played, Fans couldn't quite believe what they were seeing, as they shared their bewilderment in the comments. One person wrote: "I never thought i would ever see John Cena attempt a scouse accent." "Seeing Johns face absolutely transfixed on these iconic British memes is absolutely incredible." Someone else added: "Ngl his impressions are actually not bad." "I just want a whole account of John Cena doing an English accent," a fourth person commented. Trump will be tried separately from Powell and Chesebro in Georgia election interference case, judge rules
Donald Trump and 16 other co-defendants in the Georgia election interference case will be tried separately from lawyers Kenneth Chesebro and Sidney Powell, the judge in the case has ruled. “Defendants Chesebro and Powell will join each other at trial, however, the other 17 defendants are severed from these two. Additional severances may follow. All pretrial deadlines will proceed as scheduled without a stay of proceedings,” Judge Scott McAfee at the Superior Court of Fulton County wrote in a ruling issued on Thursday. The trial for Mr Chesebro and Ms Powell is set to go ahead on 23 October. The move comes after Mr Chesebro and Ms Powell invoked their right to a speedy trial, the judge noted. Their motions to severance their cases from each other were denied but the court found that “severing the remaining 17 co-defendants is simply a procedural and logistical inevitability,” leading to the motions to sever from Mr Chesebro and Ms Powell being “granted in part”. The judge wrote that joint trials are “generally favoured” because they “promote judicial efficiency and prevent inconsistent verdicts”. He added that any defendant who doesn’t waive their right to a speedy trial before 23 October, as Mr Trump has, will “immediately” be added to that trial. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis attempted to get all 19 defendants in the case, including the former president, to be tried together, citing the “enormous strain on the judicial resources” separate trials would create. But Judge McAfee wrote in his order that “the precarious ability of the Court to safeguard each defendant’s due process rights and preparation ensure adequate pretrial preparation on the current accelerated track weights heavily, if not decisively, in favor of severance”. Sarkozy to face trial over alleged Gaddafi funding for 2007 presidential campaign
French magistrates have ordered former president Nicolas Sarkozy and 12 others to go on trial on charges that his 2007 presidential campaign received millions in illegal financing from the government of the late Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi. The national financial prosecutor, Jean-Francois Bohnert, announced that the decade-long investigation has been formally closed. The trial will run from January to April 2025, the statement said. The case is the biggest of multiple corruption investigations involving Sarkozy. He has been convicted in two others. He denies wrongdoing in all cases. In the Libya case, he is charged with illegal campaign financing, embezzling, passive corruption and related counts. Sarkozy has been under investigation in the Libya case since 2013. Investigators examined claims that Gaddafi's government secretly gave Sarkozy 50 million euros (£42 million) for his winning 2007 campaign. The sum would be more than double the legal campaign funding limit at the time and would violate French rules against foreign campaign financing. The investigation gained traction when French-Lebanese businessman Ziad Takieddine told news site Mediapart in 2016 that he had delivered suitcases from Libya containing five million euros (£4.2 million) in cash to Sarkozy and his former chief of staff. Takieddine later reversed course and Sarkozy sought to have the investigation closed. In May, the National Financial Prosecutor’s Office (PNF) demanded that Sarkozy be tried, citing charges against him of "concealment of laundering public funds, passive corruption, illegal campaign financing and criminal conspiracy with a view to committing a crime punishable by 10 years in jail". Investigating magistrates, who had the last word, gave the go-ahead for a trial, the PNF said. After becoming president in 2007, Sarkozy welcomed Gaddafi to France with high honours later that year. Sarkozy then put France at the forefront of Nato-led air strikes that helped rebel fighters topple Gaddafi's government in 2011. In an unrelated case, Sarkozy was sentenced to a year under house arrest for illegal campaign financing of his unsuccessful 2012 re-election bid. He is free while the case is pending appeal. He was also found guilty of corruption and influence peddling in another case and sentenced to a year under house arrest in an appeals trial in May this year. He took the case to France's highest court, which suspended the sentence. Can you whip up the perfect burger in just five minutes?
Nothing says summer like a juicy, flavour-packed burger straight off the grill, but what if you’re short on time? According to Sorted Food’s Kush Bhasin, all you need is five minutes. In the Sub-10 Minute Burger Challenge on their YouTube channel, Bhasin topped the leaderboard with an impressive 1 minute 58 seconds cooking time. Luckily for us, he later refined the recipe so we can achieve the same greatness in just five minutes. Five-minute burger Makes: 1 Takes: 5 mins Ingredients: 250g beef mince 50g gherkins, sliced ½ gem lettuce 1 tbsp American mustard 2 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp ketchup 1 burger bun, sliced 4 American-style cheese slices Method: Preheat the grill/broiler to high. Place a large frying pan over a high heat. Form the beef mince into 2 very thin burger-shaped patties, and then place them into the large frying pan, smashing them down as you go. Cook for 45 seconds and then flip the patties – repeat on the 2nd side until well browned all over. Finely chop the gherkins and shred the lettuce. Place the mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup, gherkins, and lettuce into a medium mixing bowl and mix until well combined. Toast the burger buns under the grill for 1 minute until golden brown. Once the burger patties are coloured on both sides, season lightly with salt and pepper. Add 2 slices of cheese to each. Add 1 tbsp of water to the pan and cover with a lid to steam and melt the cheese for 20 seconds. Layer the burger sauce and burger patties onto the burger bun base and top with the bun lid. Serve.
