Here’s when ‘Selling the OC’ Season 2 drops: Netflix show returns with more drama and new cast member

ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA: Season 2 of 'Selling the OC' will premiere on Netflix on September 8, 2023. All eight episodes are expected to drop together like the previous season. There's no news on whether the season will contain a reunion special, but given that Sunset didn't receive one until Season 5, it's unlikely that OC Season 2 would.

The Oppenheim Group's Orange County office may be a newer branch, but this collection of real estate professionals is anything but shy. Season 1 of 'Selling the OC' debuted a colorful ensemble that takes their interpersonal hijinks as seriously as their multimillion-dollar listings. However, in Season 2, which premieres on September 8, audiences will learn how far these ambitious agents would go to defend their bag and, when rife with rumors, their reputation.

What is 'Selling the OC' Season 2 about?

When 'Selling the OC' returns for its second season, expect a lot more drama. The teaser for the forthcoming eight half-hour episodes, which will premiere on Friday, September 8, has been shared by Netflix, along with images and a portrait of the newest member of the OC office, ambitious real estate agent Alexandra "Ali" Harper.

Orange County real estate is better than it has ever been, agents are thriving, and there is a billion-dollar listing! Of course, there will be tension and drama, and the new agent will "ruffle a few feathers." But who is being overly friendly? Who is going to clients behind others' backs? And what is the video that everyone is talking about?

Season 2 of 'Selling the OC' puts the Oppenheim Group's Orange County team's reputation, romances, and relationships on the line. While negotiating a heated real estate market and even hotter rumors, these young and eager agents will risk everything.

Who stars in 'Selling the OC' Season 2?

Jason and Brett Oppenheim, Tyler Stanaland, Sean Palmieri, Polly Brindle, Lauren Shortt, Kayla Cardona, Gio Helou, Brandi Marshall, Austin Victoria, Alexandra Rose, Alexandra Jarvis, and Alex Hall are all scheduled to return for the second season.

A new agent will also be joining the cast, and she's another Alexandra! Alexandra Harper, a Tennessee native and former pageant queen, makes her first appearance in the Season 2 teaser. When she first arrives at the brokerage, she seems to gravitate towards Jarvis; one scene in the teaser shows Victoria declaring that Harper is 'Jarvis 2.0', then cutting to the two Alexandras toasting to 'taking over the O.C.'

How to watch 'Selling the OC' Season 2?

Season 2 of 'Selling the OC' will be available for viewing on Netflix on September 8, 2023. It will be available for streaming at 12 am.

What is the latest buzz around 'Selling the OC' Season 2?

Season 2 of 'Selling the OC' will, predictably, be filled with drama. Some of the stars recently spoke with ET Canada's Keshia Chanté ahead of the season 2 launch of the 'Selling Sunset' spinoff on September 8.

Keshia questioned who brought the most drama, while Brandi, Kayla, Alexandra, Sean, Gio, and Lauren previewed a tumultuous next season.

Tyler, who was previously married to Brittany Snow, was mentioned by Sean and Kayla. According to reports, the couple divorced in July after marrying in March 2020.

"But it seems like the drama revolves around Tyler, like starting it in a way," Sean told the site. "But then, like, him being, like, ‘I don’t want to talk about it’ yet he’s doing it in front of everyone to see. It’s a very manipulative… I don’t know. I’ll keep [zips mouth]."

"Well, let's just put it this way," Kayla continued. "Tyler’s worse than all the women in the office combined."

Tyler has been connected to cast member Alex Hall, and Keshia wonders how the rest of the group would react if they were a real couple.

Brandi stressed, "As long as it's not messy."
