Valkyrie will be the latest Apex Legend to earn an Heirloom, The Suzaku, but how do you earn it?
Heirlooms are a special item for each Legend in the game. So far, not all Legends have an Heirloom as eight of them are still without. The Heirloom changes the Legend's melee fists with an item of significance they can now use. Additionally, they receive a voice line and a banner pose.
How to Earn Valkyrie’s Heirloom: The Suzaku in Apex Legends
Like every other Heirloom, you can purchase Valkyrie's with Heirloom Shards. These shards are a coveted item that have an extremely low chance of dropping in an Apex Pack. Less than 1% to be specific. But, if a player opens 499 Apex Packs and still hasn't recieved any shards, the 500th pack is guaranteed to contain some.
If you don't want to wait to open 500 Apex Packs, then the collection route may be the way for you. Although it's yet to be confirmed, Valkyrie's Heirloom is expected to be released in the Awakening Collection Event, for more about the event check out our coverage.
In the collection event, there will be 24 event-limited cosmetic items to be earned and the Valkyrie Heirloom, which can be seen above. Players will need to purchase all of the event packs in the store. After purchasing all of them, the Heirloom is guaranteed. The price may be a little much, but for diehard Valkyrie mains it may be worth it.
