Activision is currently offering free COD points for players who participated in the Warzone Season 5 Shadow Siege Event.
Call of Duty: Warzone Season 5 might have launched with new weapons and a 50 years of hip-hop celebration, but all eyes were on the Shadow Siege Event that revealed the first look at Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. To help Shadow Company take on Konni forces, players had to secure chemical weapons through a series of missions that eventually led them to the MW3 trailer.
The event was open to the public for five days, and now, fans have a chance to get 2,400 COD points for sharing their experience in Shadow Siege.
How to Get Free COD Points in Warzone Season 5
To get free COD points in Warzone Season 5, fans can enter Activision's latest contest on Twitter. The official Call of Duty account urges players to share their best clips from the Shadow Siege event for a chance of winning 2,400 COD points.
The post reads, "What are your favorite moments from the Shadow Siege event? Drop your clips below to be in with a chance of winning 2,400 COD points."
If you happen to have some sick clips (or maybe even a hilarious one), then upload the video to Twitter and share it in the thread. Although Activision did not announce when the contest officially closes, there does not seem to be a winner just yet.
The free COD points can go toward purchasing the Nicki Minaj or 21 Savage Operators coming to the store in both Warzone Season 5 and Season 5 Reloaded. Both Bundles will cost 2,400 COD points each.
When Does Warzone Shadow Siege Event End?
The Warzone Shadow Siege Event ended on Monday, Aug. 21, 2023. Fans can no longer access the event or the playlist to experience the MW3 reveal or get a clip for the contest. The next big Warzone event will likely be The Haunting, rumored to make its return in October.
Those who did not participate in Shadow Siege missed on some free in-game rewards, like the Konni Group Emblem and the M13C Assault Rifle.
