In V Rising, players awaken as a vampire who needs to prey on nearby human settlements in order to regain their strength and survive. With the game utilizing crafting as a main mechanic, you'll soon find that you'll need to get your hands on some valuable materials and resources.
One such material is Glass, largely used in crafting structures for your castle. But, it's not the simplest material to get hold of. Below, we've detailed exactly what you need to do in order to craft yourself some Glass.
How to Craft Glass in V Rising
In order to being your journey in Glass crafting, you'll first need to construct a Furnace and also unlock the recipe. The recipe for Glass can only be obtained after defeating V Blood boss Christina the Sun Priestess.
Christina is found in the Dawnbreak Village of Dunley Farmlands. She'll either be in a settlement or roaming the roads. She's a Level 44 enemy, so players preparing to take her on should be well-equipped.
Once defeated, players will earn themselves the Glass crafting recipe.
Now that you've unlocked the ability to craft Glass, it's time to get to work. To make a single pane of Glass, players will need to put 20 Quartz into the Furnace.
Players can also boost their supply of Quartz and Glass by heading to the Dunley Monastery. Inside, a number of enemies (leveled 50+) have the chance to drop these materials. However, you'll need to brew Holy Resistance Potions, the recipe for which is also earned from Christina, in order to survive the holy aura within the location.
