How to Get Greater Blood Essence in V Rising
First, you will need a Blood Press, or a workbench in the game. You can build this with 120 Stones and 12 Planks. Following this, you will be required to obtain four Unsullied Hearts. Even though it has a low drop rate, you can find these more often by attacking bosses throughout the Blood Altar. When you have the four Unsullied Hearts, use them on the Blood Press to get the Greater Blood Essence.
The second option for players is to "dispatch" Tristan the Vampire Hunter, one of the bosses in the Blood Altar. At level 46, this boss may be tough to defeat, but it will allow you to turn 200 Blood Essence into the Greater Blood Essence. This may be easier than the first option, as it can be quicker for some players to complete than the first.
