'I give it 6 months': Fans fear Landon Barker will 'regret' his new tattoo of girlfriend Charli D’Amelio

SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA: Fans of Travis Barker have said that his son Landon Barker will someday consider his new tattoo of girlfriend Charli D'Amelio a mistake. Landon recently flaunted his new tattoos on Instagram, and fans prophesied on an online forum that he would see the mistake of his ways. "Landon and Charli are dating and enjoying each other's company," a source told.

"Things are new between them, but they have a lot in common and are having a good time together," they added, as reported by Entertainment Tonight. When they were seen leaving Landon's concert together in June 2022, rumors began that the two were dating. This comes nearly two years after Charli announced her split from Chase Hudson aka Lil Huddy on Instagram. The two then shared fresh tattoos done by the same tattoo artist on their Instagram stories on the same day. They were finally spotted together during Charli's sister Dixie's musical debut celebration in Los Angeles, California.

'Tattoo time'

Landon recently used ink to express his feelings for D’Amelio. Travis' son headed to Instagram on June 2 to show off his "tattoo time," when he received brand-new ink devoted to his love. The first part of Landon's story showed his arm stretched out on the tattoo chair, with the tattoo artist's hand visible above his elbow. The photograph also revealed a glimpse of his other tattoos on the inside of his arm. The 19-year-old musician then shared a photo of a hyperrealistic and incredibly detailed eye in the middle of his bicep, replete with eyelashes, an eyebrow, and sparkling specs as if it was peering into the sun. However, unless you saw the reference photo posted behind him in the Instagram Story, you wouldn't know the eye belonged to his beau.

The tattoo artist had a color and black and white photo of D’Amelio's face side by side, zoomed in on her eye and its surrounds, making it apparent that the eye was for the lady who attracted his interest. D’Amelio shared photographs of her "tattoo time" on her Snapchat Story. First, an up-close, somewhat blurred photo of the tattoo with the on-screen text "holy s**t" and then a follow-up photo, they same one Landon uploaded, showing the tattoo with the phrase "yup." This comes roughly a month after D’Amelio celebrated her 19th birthday, on which Landon sent her a loving birthday message.

'And when they breakup then what?'

The 'Blink-182' drummer's son's photo found its way to a Reddit site, where people debated it extensively. Some criticized Landon's tattoo, claiming that he shouldn't have a tattoo of Charli on his body, since they haven't been together for long. One person asked, "Has he and Charli been together for a year yet? From Google, it looks like this month likely marks a year, so now I'm wondering if that's why he got the tattoo?" Another person chimed in, "He’s gonna regret that." One user called out the 19-year-olds, saying, "Bro whatttt lol they are literally teenagers." A fourth user wondered, "And when they breakup then what?"

One user also observed, "Sadly, this isn’t a signal of any healthy relationship." Another person added, "A year is waaaay too soon to be doing these things, I’m sorry but you really don’t even know a person after a year." One user chose to slam his dad, "Oh god I hope his dad explains to him that he was a trashy misogynist for the majority of his life (the jury is still out if he ever truly changed or is putting on a good show for now) and to not try to emulate him and to instead be better than him. But something tells me Travis cheers this type of nonsense on and wants his son to be eDgY." Another quipped, "I give it 6 months."
