Is 'Joseline's Cabaret: New York' getting canceled? Fans worry after 'Love & Hip Hop' star charged with two more felonies

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Joseline Hernandez is facing more legal challenges following her altercation with fellow reality TV figure Big Lex. Fans are now concerned about the reality star's ability to have a watching party for 'Joseline's Cabaret: New York', which is slated to be held on Sunday, August 6, 2023, in Atlanta.

'Joseline's Cabaret' returns for Season 4, this time in New York. The fourth season of 'Joseline's Cabaret' began on The Zeus Network on July 23, and following successful seasons in Miami, Atlanta, and Las Vegas, the Puerto Rican Princess is now making her Cabaret debut in the Big Apple on her grandest stage yet. The series' current season, executive produced by the Joseline herself, appears to have cast some of New York's most daring and tough characters. The teaser, which debuted on July 2, depicted Joseline on stage in a crowded arena, with her showgirls dancing and brilliant lights ablaze. The reality star stated that New York was the ideal location to display her talent and how far she's come in her career. She also expressed her desire for this season to be "fun, big, and different."

Joseline booked on two new felony charges

Joseline was recently charged with two more felonies in connection with a backstage incident at a Floyd Mayweather fight, so she had to go through the booking procedure again in a Florida jail. The 'Love & Hip Hop' alum appeared in court for her hearing on Thursday, August 3, when the judge announced that prosecutors are charging her with two felony charges of violence against a law enforcement officer.

Joseline remained stone-faced before the court as he explained why she needed to be taken into custody again and charged with the additional felony charges, but according to a video posted by TMZ, she won't be spending much of her day in jail. Police body camera footage from the aftermath of Joseline's spectacular beatdown of Big Lex recorded her violent, profanity-laced wrath from start to finish, and the video shows her shoving policemen, according to TMZ.

Joseline had been charged with one count of resisting authorities with violence, as well as a number of misdemeanors, and she had already gone through the booking procedure for those counts. However, as the court stated, the addition of two new felony counts meant Joseline needed to be brought into prison and booked a second time to prevent her legal team from uncovering any potential legal loopholes. Joseline has pleaded not guilty to all the accusations leveled against her, and she is scheduled to appear in court again next week.
