According to newly discovered property paperwork, they borrowed a large sum of money from Morgan Stanley Private Bank for their extravagant Encino house. Aerial images also reveal an envious driveway of expensive cars photographed at the property, which most certainly cost a lot, yet the repayments on their mortgage, at 3 per cent, amount to more than $300,000 each year.
According to a description on The Agency's website, the home was originally owned by Smokey Robinson, a famous Motown legend.
