CLEVELAND, OHIO: Logan Paul, a former YouTuber who is now a boxer, hasn't engaged in combat in more than two years, but he has said that he will soon do so. Logan Paul has been concentrating on wrestling match-battling for the past year or so.
In the realm of professional wrestling, he has also achieved remarkable success, receiving a few nominations for Rookie of the Year and taking part in high-stakes fights at events like WrestleMania, SummerSlam, and others.
‘I will humble your f***king a**’
Fans have naturally been calling for him to go back to his boxing origins. Despite being simply an exhibition, his most recent fight—against Floyd Mayweather—was a huge economic success, garnering over a million pay-per-view purchases.
He has previously hinted that an injury might prevent a return in the first half of 2023. He did, however, admit that he wants to face Bradley Martyn or at the very least spar with him on a recent episode of the 'IMPAULSIVE' podcast.
Logan phoned Martyn to set up a spar while also letting him know he had a bout scheduled soon. “Bradley, if you’re serious I am inviting you to come to Puerto Rico to promote my upcoming fight,” he said.
“I will spar you and I will humble your f**king a**. It’s going to be posted, you can post it, I don’t give a f*** but you’ve got to be humbled my man. You’re running your mouth about my brother and someone needs to take care of you,” Logan continued on his podcast.
‘Logan is still 0-2’
Three times, "The Maverick" has stepped into the ring for a fight. He lost a professional match against fellow YouTuber KSI in November 2019 after drawing an amateur match with him in August 2018.
In an exhibition battle in June 2021, Floyd Mayweather defeated him, continuing his losing record. Fans responded in the comments area of @HappyPunchPromo's Twitter tweet, appalled by his boxing record.
A fan commented, “Ok so Logan is still 0-2. If we’re basing this off strength of losses, Deji should be over Logan. He looked 10x better vs Floyd and actually has a winning record.” Whereas another fan wrote, “Has Logan paid back his fans yet #Crytozoo.” Another fan wrote, “He beats everyone in front of him until deem even though he has two losses” and another one said, “It's like when they kept saying Deji was a great boxer when he kept losing lol.”
