GREENSBORO, NORTH CAROLINA: 'My Big Fat Fabulous Life' Season 11 star Whitney Way Thore has been accused of controlling her father Glenn Thore. In the latest episode, Glenn is nervous to meet his long-lost daughter Angie but is constantly berated by Whitney over his fashion choices.
In a preview of the latest episode, Glenn went to meet his long-lost daughter and Whitney's half-sister. During the preview, Whitney appears to be excited to meet her half-sister. She, her father and brother, Hunter Thore, have been invited to Alabama to meet their long-lost family.
Meanwhile, the viewers in the comment section speculated that Whitney is trying to be like her mother Barbara Thore who recently died due to cerebral amyloid angiopathy. The reality star was called out for often controlling her father.
Whitney has often attracted criticism for her behavior on the show and has been receiving flak for her conduct in the latest season.
However, viewers appear to be especially critical of the way she has been treating her dad. A social media user commented, "Whitney will now be trying to order these folks around as well."
Another user noted, "Anyone else notice how Whitney has turned into Glenn's wife suddenly since Babs passed?? It's quite ridiculous how she is acting. And she wonders why she is single?!"

Whitney Thore helps Glenn Thore pack for Alabama
During the show, Whitney helped her father pack for the big trip to Alabama as he showed her all the shirts he planned to take along with him. Whitney revealed that Glenn just learned how to shop online so, he ordered a bunch of shirts for their trip.
However, Whitney didn't like her father's fashion choice and asked her father if he trusted her. When Glenn clearly said 'no' to Whitney, she compared herself to her mother.
Meanwhile, the viewers suggested that Whitney is trying to be Glenn's surrogate wife and, it seems that she thinks she can boss him around.
Is Whitney Thore 'pushing' her father Glenn too far?
After Whitney berates her father Glenn over his fashion choice, Whitney explains to him that they are meeting his long-lost daughter in Alabama. So, she says has a shirt that suits the occasion and proceeds to take out a camouflage top. However, her father feels no one can see him if he wears that. Yet, she insists that he try it on.
The 'My Big Fat Fabulous Life' cast member doesn’t mind getting feedback on his fashion sense. But, he feels that his daughter may be pushing his patience.
The TLC celeb hopes that his daughter, Angie, will like him no matter how he looks. He doesn’t feel his daughter Whitney is doing him any favors by picking out his clothes and is making him feel overwhelmed instead.
