AMMAN, JORDAN: Ivanka Trump along with her husband Jared Kushner was present for the royal wedding of Crown Prince Hussein and his new wife Rajwa in Jordan on Thursday, June 1. The pair was reportedly two of many dignitaries from across the globe who were in Amman for the function.
During the reception, the former first daughter was also spotted having some conversation with the future King of England, Prince William, as reported by the Daily Mail. Ivanka was seen in a bright blue dress while William reportedly donned a navy suit with a light-blue tie. Though it’s not clear what they talked about, Twitter was filled with its own hilarious interpretations.
‘She's passing on wisdom’
A user said, “Probably the location of the new Epstein island. 🤷♂️” The second user wrote, “Probably trying to negotiate the return of Prince Harry and Meghan to the United Kingdom 🤣.” The third one commented, “My guess is she's passing on wisdom from her dad on how to hide balding spots.”
The fourth user guessed, “Maybe how Hilary is not in jail for child trafficking?” The fifth user shared, “Plotting to take over the EU then the USA. This comes as Ivanka took to her Instagram Stories to share a congratulatory message for the newlyweds before posting two photos from the wedding. The 41-year-old wrote, “Congratulations to Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah and Princess Rajwa Al Hussein on their beautiful wedding in Jordan yesterday. May their lives together be blessed with an abundance of love, health, and happiness.”
Meanwhile, regarding her meeting with William, this was not the first time they have met. In 2019, when former President Donald Trump went to the UK, Ivanka also accompanied him. At the time, Ivanka was reportedly spotted with Prince Harry.
‘What a grand and beautiful lady she was’
Besides, her father has never shied away from showing his admiration for the royal family of the UK. After the Queen’s death in 2022, the ex-leader of the US posted on his social media site, Truth Social, “Melania and I are deeply saddened to learn of the loss of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Together with our family and fellow Americans, we send our sincere condolences to the Royal Family and the people of the United Kingdom during this time of great sorrow and grief.”
Trump further said, "Queen Elizabeth's historic and remarkable reign left a tremendous legacy of peace and prosperity for Great Britain. Her leadership and enduring diplomacy secured and advanced alliances with the United States and countries around the world. Our thoughts and prayers will remain with the great people of the United Kingdom as you honor her most meaningful life and exceptional service to the people.”
