'I've missed watching him play': Fans rave as James Holzhauer win big in 'Jeopardy Masters'

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: ‘Jeopardy!’ has witnessed some brilliant wins since it first began. However, James Holzhauer is back. The 'Jeopardy' legend—and self-proclaimed "game show villain" is participating in the ongoing 'Jeopardy Masters.' And on the recent episode, he benefitted from a category on the Masters or as those quirky question creators dubbed it, 'The Other Masters.'One of the things that set 'Jeopardy' James apart from most 'Jeopardy' contestants during his 32-game winning streak is that he actually knows a thing or two about sports.

19,000 dollars to 38,000 dollars

According to The Sun, during the recent episode of 'Jeopardy! Masters,' James competed against Amy Schneider and Sam Buttrey. He took a quick lead and continued building on it throughout the episode. James was fortunate enough to stumble upon one of the two daily doubles. After the first two contestants gave their answers, Jennings noted that Holzhauer had started filling out his own response while Jennings was still reading the clue. “What bridge did he think of?” Jennings asked. But Holzhauer didn’t even write an answer to that particular question. Instead, he wrote: “Stop ducking a rematch, Ken.”

The host laughed as he read the response, saying, “You know how much work I had to go to to get all the way over here at this lectern and avoid having to play you again, James?” Presumably referencing the “ducking” part of his answer, Holzhauer joked, “This is autocorrected, by the way.” Despite taking a major gamble a night earlier that did not pan out well for him, the contestant opted to bet all his winnings to that point. He guessed correctly and his total earnings quickly climbed from 19,000 dollars to 38,000 dollars.

'I never want it to end'
