Joe Rogan pokes fun at Vince McMahon's most odd WWE moments: 'That’s his finishing move?'

AUSTIN, TEXAS: In the world of professional wrestling and WWE, wrestlers have used a variety of strange and unusual techniques to entertain the audience. Joe Rogan poked fun at one of Vince McMohan's odd WWE moments during his podcast show, 'The Joe Rogan Experience'.

These movements are purposely designed to bring humor and entertainment to wrestling matches, frequently generating crowd laughter. Wrestlers typically add humor to their characters and move sets to entertain fans.

'That’s his finishing move?'

Canadian wrestler Santino Marella's finishing move is one of the most amusing WWE moves. Rikishi popularly known as Stinkface, includes rubbing the opponent's face into the wrestler's rear. Bronco Buster is another weird yet funny technique that had Rogan laughing. It entails straddling his opponent in the ring's corner and continuously shoving his hips into their face.

On his podcast, Rogan reacted to McMahon's move by saying, “Oh my God, that is insane, that is insane, that’s his finishing move? Imagine pitching that in a meeting. Vince here’s my plan, I am gonna lay a dude against the turnbuckle. And I’m gonna F*ck his face. Then I’m gonna like this here[hand gesture] ‘Suck it’."

Rogan's jab had his guests laughing the entire time. Furthermore, Buster's move is intended to be both comical and embarrassing. Though the technique appears to be "R-rated," it was ideally suited to the TV-14 WWE rating during the "Attitude Era." This is also regarded as the pinnacle of professional wrestling. Furthermore, in order to win the ratings war, WWE pulled out all the stops.

'It's definitely scripted'

Rogan once made some disparaging remarks about pro wrestling and WWE in jest. He said, “some weird, f**king jerk-off thing that strange guys do when they sit in front of the TV and pretend that they don’t know it’s fake” This obviously did not go well for him, as he received widespread condemnation from wrestling fans around the world. Years later, after receiving a lot of backlash for his views against pro wrestling, Rogan offered an entirely new perspective on the sport. "It's definitely scripted," he said on his show.

"It’s not like they’re risking it all because they don’t know what the outcome is gonna be. It’s different than an actual athletic event, but it’s still pretty badass as far as what they’re able to do. They don’t nearly get enough credit for it either," he added.

The JRE host also remarked that the wrestlers are underappreciated for their rigorous and dedicated routine. He described how they travel around the world 250+ times per year, taking bumps and banging each other on tables. Given the latter statement, it appears Rogan has finally grasped the art of wrestling.
