Jordan Peterson blasts Andrew Tate, likens 'king of masculinity' to 'violent rapper': 'I'm not a great admirer of p**ps'

TORONTO, CANADA: Dr Jordan Peterson has blasted 'king of masculinity' Andrew Tate in a viral social media video. Peterson then stated Tate's appeal is like that of a 'violent rapper', which many young men may find appealing.

Peterson is a Canadian author, psychologist, and media critic. His talks on social conservatism and cultural issues are well-known. He also has a podcast, a website, and a YouTube channel.

'I'm not a great admirer of pimps'

Peterson discussed Tate and stated that he was not a fan of Tate's "webcam" business. He said, "I'm not particularly impressed by what he's done on the sex business front. It seems to me a bit on the poopy side, let's say and I'm not a great admirer of pimps."

Peterson went on to say, "The mystery is why has he captured the public imagination. And it's clear that he's become a voice, maybe like a kind of a violent rapper, same sort of attraction to young men and that attraction is the attraction of 'What's the alternative to a kind of cringing defeat?'" "So, a forthright aggression is maybe a preferable alternative to a cringing defeat and I have some sympathy for that viewpoint," he added.

Peterson went on to claim that he wouldn't say anything else about the influencer because he didn't know anything about him.

'Andrew Tate and others are pushing men to be men again'

Israel Adesanya, the UFC middleweight champion, had nothing but love for Tate and Peterson. 'The Last Stylebender' was recently featured on the podcast of retired MMA fighter Emilio Urrutia, 'The Honey Badger Hour'. During his time there, Adesanya made a comparison between Tate and Peterson, claiming that both were fighting to hold men accountable in a world that was attempting to dismiss them. He said, "Jordan, Andrew, Dave Goggins, guys like that, they are the ones who are really pushing men to be accountable as men. You know, the world right now is trying to soften us."

A Twitter user posted saying, "Israel Adesanya recently shared his thoughts on how the world is trying to soften men, Also how people like Andrew Tate and others are pushing men to be men again. Real recognize real."
