June Playstation Plus Games Apparently Leaked

June 2022’s free PlayStation Plus games have been teased early by a Spanish website. The monthly PlayStation Plus free games are usually leaked around this time, and the website Areajugones has claimed there will be three games given away to subscribers this month.

The following games were featured in Areajugones' leak:

  • God of War (2018)
  • Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker
  • Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl

If the report is true, then the addition of God of War will mainly be of benefit to PlayStation 4 owners, because the game is already included as part of the PS Plus Collection, a selection of PS4 games that PS5 owners can claim.

These will likely be the first games offered in the newly revamped PlayStation Plus service launching this June. It will be structured across three payment tiers: Essentials, Extra and Premium.

The Essentials tier will offer the same benefits as the current PS Plus service, including free PS4 and PS5 games every month, online multiplayer access and PS Store discounts.

The Extra tier adds access to a catalog of PS4 and PS5 games, which can be downloaded similar to the Xbox Game Pass. Lastly, the Premium tier adds a selection of PS1, PS2 and PSP games to download and PS3 games via cloud streaming.

May’s PlayStation Plus games are still available to claim, including the following:

  • FIFA 22
  • Curse of the Dead Gods
  • Tribes of Midgard

These games are only available until June 7, when they'll be replaced by the newest games. We'll havet to wait for Sony to confirm or deny these leaks when the June games are revealed.
