SAYULITA, MEXICO: Kat Izzo was seen facing a heavy backlash in 'Bachelor in Paradise' Season 9 after the star broke up with Brayden Bowers for Tanner Courtad. She was called out for playing with men's feelings in the villa. Addressing the same, Kat recently took to Instagram asking for "peace" as she condemned the backlash.
Bachelorette Windmill reports Kat taking to Instagram to post a now-deleted story saying, "I empathize with the fact that there may be things in this season this far that are triggering for many people."
She added, "However, I'm simply asking for some peace,as the past five weeks have been overwhelming and mentally compromising due to the negativity."
The star claimed that her mistakes could have been made by any human being. She said, "Every hour, every platform there's something new. We are only human."

Kat aslo posted a long note on her Instagram where she confessed being vulnerable on the show. The star posted a slew of photos from 'Bachelor in Paradise' Season 9 that showcases well her journey on the show.
She claimed, "On reality TV, being opem and vulnerable is tough." She then wen on to confess the mistakes she made in the show.
Kat added, "Like everyone else we have missteps in life. We are all genuine people, and I apologise if my actions on ge show inadvertently hurt others."
Calling reality TV an "unfiltered lens" Kat claimed, "Where vulnerability is both a strength and a struggle, it's a reminder that as humans we're bound to make mistakes along this unpredictable journey."
"Sharing our lives with the world takes a toll on our mental well-being. This is a call for understanding and kindness, and not as victims and villains, but as people on paths to figuring out our own stories," wrote Kat
She then asked her fans to recognize the vulnerability and imperfections of people. She ended the post saying, "Let's recognize out shared vulnerability as humans and encourage growth, learning, and understanding as we deal with our imperfections."

As 'Bachelor in Paradise' Season 9 started we saw Kat building a connection with Brayden. Their connection did not live for too long as Kat broke the bond after Tanner entered the paradise.
The star was slammed heavily on social media for leaving Brayden for someone else. However, it seems Kat got the result of her mistakes as the show proceeded.
Brahden moved on in the show with as Brayden moved on with Rachel Recchia and Tanner went on to explore connection with new entry Davia Bunch
Later in the show, Kat connected with John Henry. But she eas left heartbroken seeing Olivia Lewis also have an interest in him. She was slammed by fans for competing for playing too hard to steal John from Olivia.
