LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'The Kardashians' star Kim Kardashian recently posted a photo on Instagram and fans couldn't help but spot similarities between Kardashian and the late 'Glee' star Naya Rivera. Kardashian was also complimented for the fact that she looked much younger than her age in the photograph.
Upon noticing similarities between the two celebrities, one user commented, "Thought that was Naya." Another user echoed the statement, saying, "You look a lot like the late @nayarivera here". A user followed the topic by confirming: "She looks like Naya Rivera here." One user replied, "I just thought about it. Soon as saw her."
What happened to 'Glee' star Naya Rivera?
The late Naya Rivera was best known as an American actress, model, and singer who portrayed the character Santana Lopez on Fox's popular musical comedy-drama series 'Glee', from 2009 to 2015. She was nominated twice for the Grammy Awards.
In 2020, 33-year-old Rivera rented a pontoon boat on Lake Piru for an excursion with her son, Josey. Unfortunately, she drowned in the deep waters and five days later her body was found floating in a 30-foot-deep area of the lake.
The Ventura County medical examiner performed an autopsy on her body and stated accidental drowning was the cause of her death.
