Kylie Jenner gets blasted online after buyers recieve torn clothes and mini chainsaw in their Khy orders

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kylie Jenner's apparel line, Khy, debuted in November 2023. Since its release, many customers have complained about faulty or, in some cases, missing orders.

The Kardashian-Jenner family has a lengthy history in the fashion industry. So no one was shocked when Kylie revealed in October 2023 that she would be the next member of her renowned family to establish her fast-fashion business, Khy.

Khy, a shortened variant of Kylie's name, was officially released on November 1, 2023. Many Kylie fans couldn't wait to evaluate and review the beauty mogul's designs after waiting almost a month for the already viral apparel line to release.

Since the line's release, the buyers have been giving their thoughts on Khy and whether they would suggest it to anyone who is unsure if Kylie's clothing is for them.

On Reddit, a TikTok video has gone viral in which a girl expresses her 'irritation' upon getting the Khy delivery. She adds that she purchased pants, a leather top, and a leather mini-dress from the line's first official drop.

Because the user was not at home, her mother inspected the box to see if the delivery was correct. To everyone's surprise, instead of the apparel she had bought, the user received a box of mini chainsaw.

The user adds that she has spent about $300 on the outfit and is 'irritated'. She also begs the company to "do better" and to contact Kylie because she wants her clothing.

The buyer made certain to include images in her video footage, such as the receipt of her purchase, the item delivered, and the chainsaw.

Customers could be seen complaining about the Khy order they received in another Reddit post. Some folks appear to have gotten apparel with holes in it.

Despite these criticisms, Kylie had a great initial drop from Khy, surpassing $1 million in sales within the first hour of its November 1 release. The collection included 12 vegan leather styles produced in conjunction with Namilia, a leatherwear designer headquartered in Berlin.

Social media influencers 'can't get behind' Khy's aesthetics

Many TikTok content makers of all ethnicities and body types critiqued the brand and had one similar complaint regarding Khy's outfits.

Ruby (@rubylyn) wrote on her TikTok account that while she was "impressed" by Kylie's use of imitation leather, the trench coat she ordered was considerably too big for her figure, despite the fact that she purchased it in an extra small.

"I don't even know if they have smaller than an extra small," Ruby stated on TikTok. "But I, I can see this."

According to other Khy evaluations, the business does not cater to taller ladies. Ruby said in her review that her trousers were far too long for her 5'6 stature.

Molly (@ladymollyelizabeth) of TikTok remarked that the trousers were overly long "even in heels" and stated that the blunder was due to "poor fit and construction." She also said that the firm appeared to be taking shortcuts in the clothing's creation.

Several influencers, including Julia Paige (@sheshortsweet), remarked in a TikTok video that she "can't get behind" the brand's aesthetic and thought the apparel selections were weird. Other influencers, such as The DOM (@thedom_au), have likened the brand to Shein, implying that it appears cheap.

Before the line's second drop, Kylie Jenner models new Khy pieces

Khy's second release is on its way! Kylie shared photographs of herself modeling new pieces from her clothing brand on Instagram this week, after confirming that the collection's second drop will be available on November 15.

In one selfie, the Kylie Cosmetics creator sat in a vehicle wearing a long-sleeved stone catsuit from the forthcoming collection. Kylie captioned the photo, "The @khy catsuit. drop 002 in collaboration with @entire_studios coming 11/15," she said.

"Preview the entire collection now on khy.com and sign up for early access."

In a second shot, Kylie showed a bird's eye perspective of her catsuit as she posed in a vehicle.

In another photo, the mother of two stood next to a pair of white walls and drapes while wearing the figure-hugging outfit with a zip across the breast.

In an Instagram video posted on November 10, Kylie posed some more in her Khy catsuit. Kylie revealed Khy's second drop, dubbed "Drop 002," in an Instagram post earlier this week.

Drop 002 presents a new category of puffers and base layers designed by Kylie and Entire Studios in Los Angeles, presenting a fresh perspective on go-to winter basics and daily luxury.

The collection features cropped and full-length puffer coats, form-fitting cotton essentials, and distinctive cargo wear in a neutral color scheme of black and stone, as well as cobalt for a flash of color.

Sculpted Puffer Jacket ($138), Cropped Puffer Jacket ($118), Puffer Vest ($98), and Long Sleeve Catsuit ($88) are among the outstanding pieces in Drop 002, which Jenner wore in recent postings.

Khy Drop 002 will be available on Khy.com on November 15 in sizes ranging from XXS to 4X.
