CLEVELAND, OHIO: YouTuber KSI recently relished the latest episode of the 'Impaulsive' podcast, hosted by Mike Majlak and Logan Paul, two other prominent video creators.
During the podcast, KSI discussed the recent developments involving YouTuber and streamer Jidon "JiDion."
On October 27, 2023, JiDion announced his intention to launch a new channel called 'GiDeon,' dedicated to exploring the spiritual journey guided by his faith in God.
Logan Paul and KSI react to JiDion's decision to make religious contents
When discussing the situation, KSI commented, "I think a lot of people are looking at that like, 'This is so random.' I have never seen any YouTuber of that size just go straight, 'I wanna put my whole life to the Lord Jesus Christ.'"
In response to the situation, Mike remarked, "If you know JiDion, you know there is context. He is a devout Christian and has a ton of faith, conversation and he's definitely about that life."
KSI further stated, "A lot of people must be thinking, 'Nah, this must be a troll.'" Logan Paul also shared his perspective by saying, "Can you even imagine?"
Meanwhile, KSI responded, "No, no, no. I feel like, that is probably the worst thing you could do because you don't f**k with religion."
He went on to say, "Bro, I hope it works because that would be so lit! As in like, I hope he gets as many viewers watching him, you know, promote..."
Furthermore, Logan Paul remarked, "I think also the pivot, because it's so dramatic, is why it will work out for him cause' he went from this YouTuber, trying to get views, maybe doing some not-so-nice offensive stuff for views to the exact opposite, like a man of Christ."
JiDion's decision to become 'GiDeon'
As of now, JiDion has not officially launched his new channel. With over 7.86 million followers, his main YouTube channel boasts a substantial following. He intends to step down from this channel.
In case you are not familiar with JiDion, it's worth noting that before his contract came to an end, he had served as an ambassador for Prime Hydration alongside both Logan Paul and KSI.
