CHICAGO, ILLINOIS: 'Love is Blind' Season 2 star Natalie Lee is blasting the producers yet again, this time accusing them of not prioritizing her well-being while filming.
In a recent interview with The Reality Ashley, Natalie talked about raising certain issues she encountered while filming that were never addressed by the producers.
Natalie never had the impression that her well-being was prioritized while shooting.
Despite the fact that everyone had their own unique experience, she highlighted specific concerns that occurred during and after production involving the cast members.
Natalie was concerned about "drug use during filming," which she mentioned as one of the primary problems she voiced.
She stated that she spoke with both her producer and associate producer, but nothing was done. "I can say that with 100 per cent confidence."
Another problem she brought up was Natalie and another Season 2 cast member, who "reported concerning behavior that we saw in another cast member. In the way that he was treating his partner at the time."
According to what she understood, the worry eventually intensified.
"However, I heard from the cast members after the fact that their resolution was to put that cast member I reported and his partner in a room together. To talk it out."
"We could raise things, but they're not handled appropriately," Natalie stated that she was hesitant to discuss this aspect of her experience, but she couldn't keep quiet any longer.
Shayne Jansen denied taking drugs while filming 'Love Is Blind' Season 2
Shayne Jansen denied using drugs during the filming of season two of Netflix's 'Love Is Blind'.
"Have I [done them]? Yes. On the show I did not," the real-estate agent said on an episode of 'The Viall Files' podcast hosted by Nick Viall.
"I have experience with a few of them. Nothing that's been injected into my body, but I think we've all had our times in our lives where we've done certain things," he continued.
Following Shayne's agitation on 'Love Is Blind' Season 2, several fans commented on his social media posts, implying that he was using cocaine behind the scenes.
After becoming tired of seeing the snowflake emoji, a sign for cocaine, scribbled beneath his images, the reality star decided to confront the charges directly on Nick's show.
"I'm not naive to say I haven't done it before in my past, like no, but not in the show. I'm not stupid. I'm not going to risk everything for that on the show," he stated.
Shayne claimed that hiding drug use in the 'Love Is Blind' scene would have been extremely impossible logistically.
"I'm mic'd up the whole time. Everyone would have heard me do it. It's wild to think that I was carrying cocaine on me, and I was snorting lines and doing all this kind of stuff in the bathroom when I'm mic'd up. They can literally hear you whispering. Every word you do they hear. How could they not hear me do it?" he wondered.
Shayne went on to explain that he suffers from "severe" attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
Being in the pods, which are tiny rooms where cast members chat to possible partners through a wall, for hours in front of cameras was a "very uncomfortable situation" for Shayne.
He admitted to Nick that he depended extensively on caffeine to keep awake throughout filming.
During the interview, he stated that his daily regimen consists of five espresso shots in the morning and three more in the afternoon, which he claims does not improve his nervousness.
"I have horrible anxious energy," he said to Nick.
Natalie Lee slammed 'Love Is Blind' producers for extreme manipulation
Natalie, who almost married Shayne despite his attraction to Shaina Hurley, attacked the producers of 'Love Is Blind,' writing, "We did not sign up for the extreme producer manipulation that [made] us feel crazy."
Despite the fact that Natalie and Shayne parted at the altar after a significant dispute the night before, Natalie said that a producer pressured Natalie to marry Shayne until another crew member intervened and informed Natalie of the "verbal abuse" she endured.
Natalie Lee plans to donate wedding dress following Shayne Jansen split
Natalie has said that she intends to donate her wedding gown from her Season 2 wedding to ex, Shayne.
The reality TV contestant sought her Instagram followers for help after posting a photo of herself in a strapless white bridal gown.
"Any suggestions on where I can donate my LIB wedding dress? It’s a US size two tailored from bust to floor at 162 cm. (I bought her with my own money so it took a while to let her go)," she shared.
A fan inquired about if the show's production covered the cost of the contestants' wedding gowns.
Natalie said, "They do but you have to choose a dress from their selection and I wasn’t really loving any of them so ended up buying my own! Mostly because I thought it would be my only wedding."
