LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'This is Us' actor Milo Ventimiglia tied the knot with Jarah Mariano, a Sports Illustrated and Victoria's Secret model, in a private ceremony in early 2023, confirmed Us Weekly.
Ventimiglia, 46, and Mariano, 38, secretly exchanged vows in the presence of close friends and family. The couple met in 2022 but did not publicly confirm their relationship status.
They kept their dating low profile as Ventimiglia desired to keep his private life away from the limelight.
The black and white photos from the wedding show the model wearing a backless, low-cut white gown with a flower ring on her head.
Yellow gold diamond ring and wedding band adorned her fingers. The actor wore a linen top with white slacks, a floral lei around his neck, and dark loafers.

Ventimiglia dated his 'Gilmore Girls' co-star Alexis Bledel from 2002 to 2006. The couple met on the show's set.
"I think everybody who has been dating for more than a couple of years probably talks about it at some point. It's a fun thing for us to talk about, but that's it," Bledel told People in 2006 when asked about their marriage.
After parting ways with Bledel, Ventimiglia again dated one of his costars; in 2007, he started dating his 'Heroes' costar Hayden Panettiere.
Panettiere was only 18 when the couple began dating, and their 11-year age difference also caused some heat. Being Ventimiglia's most high-profile romance, the couple attended many red-carpet events together. In 2009, after two years of dating, they broke up.
In late 2009, he started dating actress Jordana Brewster's sister, Isabella Brewster. The romance eventually fizzled out in 2010.
His most recent relationship was with Kelly Egarian, a Stella McCartney brand marketing coordinator.

In a February episode of 'Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,' Ventimiglia said he wanted "honesty, authenticity and intellect" in a woman. Even then, he refused to talk about dating his now-wife.
