'Not buying the Australian accent': Fans slam Sadie Snook starring 'Run Rabbit Run' trailer

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Australia's bad history with rabbits is about to get even worse. Netflix has released the official trailer for Australian psychological horror 'Run Rabbit Run,' and somehow resisted using the song of the same name despite it being a creepy vibes stalwart. The feature premiered at Sundance this year as part of the festival’s horror-centric Midnight selections. Netflix acquired the global rights, aside from some territories where deals are already in place. Filmed in Melbourne, 'Run Rabbit Run' is directed by Aussie filmmaker Daina Reid, known for helming episodes of the television series 'The Shining Girls' and 'The Handmaid’s Tale,' with a script by Hannah Kent. As already announced, 'Succession' star Sarah Snook plays the lead role in Run Rabbit Run. She is joined by her on-screen daughter Lily LaTorre as well as Damon Herriman ('The Nightingale') and Emmy-winner Greta Scacchi ('Rasputin').

Hide and hide, good girl

Netflix has released a trailer for its upcoming horror movie, ''Run Rabbit Run, which will star 'Succession's Sarah Snook, and Lily LaTorre. The film follows fertility doctor and single mother Sarah (Sarah Snook) as her daughter Mia (Lily LaTorre) begins to display some strange and unsettling behavior. Kids being weird isn't necessarily cause for concern, but Mia's case appears to be the exception, as she wanders around wearing a creepy rabbit mask, doing unnerving crayon drawings — and claiming to be Sarah's sister Alice, who went missing when she was seven.

Fans trolled Snook's new Netflix movie

Americans are terrible at them." A fan commented, "Sequel to Succession when Shiv has her baby?!" A fan mentioned, "Shiv Roy was fired from Waystar," while another jokingly wrote, "we love horror films about Australian children being little gremlins."
