On Instagram, Dunne has 4.1 million followers, and on TikTok, she has 7.4 million. The LSU gymnastics standout shared the number of likes her most popular posts have earned in an interview with Sports Illustrated. She said, "My most viral Instagram post is a picture of me about to mount the beam at practice." The post received more than 877,000 likes on Instagram. "My most viral TikTok got 35.7 million views, which is crazy. I can’t even wrap my head around, but I’m just showing off my gymnastics skills," she added.

Her take on hate and bullying

Dunne also spoke in an interview with Sports Illustrator about how she navigates the hate and bullying that come along with her popularity. She said, "I think it’s important to stand up for yourself, "Maybe it’s the Jersey girl in me, but I think girls needed to know it wasn’t OK, especially posting things that any other college kid would post in, a leotard which is the required uniform for being a gymnast. It’s ridiculous."

“As a female athlete, I hope I can bring attention to how amazing college sports are and how hard college athletics are. People don’t see [behind the scenes] every day of my college athletics, and it’s very time-consuming," she added.
