Starting Nov. 23 at 10 a.m. local Pokémon GO players can attempt the final part of the A Cosmic Companion Season of Light Special Research. This has been ongoing throughout the Season of Light so it is nice for players to finally see the conclusion after all their work. This will also mark the end of the Season of Light in Pokémon GO.
A Cosmic Companion (Last Part) Details
Steps nine to twelve will be the final four for the A Cosmic Companion Special Research. Here's each step's task along with the rewards you'll earn as you make your way towards the final task.
Step Nine
- Evolve a Cosmoem
- Rewards - Starmie, 2,000 XP, and 500 Stardust
Step Ten
- Evolve three Pokémon
- Walk five km
- Make 15 Great Throws
- Rewards - Solrock, 4,000 XP, and 1,000 Stardust
Step Eleven
- Evolve three Pokémon
- Walk five km
- Make 15 Nice Curveball Throws
- Rewards - Lunatone, 4,000 XP, and 1,000 Stardust
Step Twelve
- Earn 15 hearts with your buddy
- Catch 25 different Pokémon
- Earn 10,000 Stardust
- Rewards - Star Piece, 5,000 XP, and 2,500 Stardust
A Cosmic Companion Special Research was a lengthy research event. Players will have until 10 a.m. local time on Dec. 1 to either wrap up their tasks or try to catch up. The Season of Light will also be ending in Pokémon GO in December so be on the lookout for all the final events of the season.
