NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE: Savannah Chrisley, who is devastated after the death of her ex-fiancé Nic Kerdiles, posted heartfelt tribute on her Instagram story on Saturday, September 23.
Kerdiles died in a tragic motorcycle accident on Saturday after receiving injuries in a motorcycle accident at around 3.30 am.
Savannah posted a Boomerang of her and Kerdiles’ kiss with the text “I’m still hoping you respond to my text.”
In the next Instagram story Savannah shared a picture of the duo holding hands on the beach with the song ‘Dancing in the Sky’ by Dani and Lizzy playing in the background.
She wrote another tear-jerking message on the post and said, “Heaven gained the most beautiful angel today,” before adding, “I miss you and I love you…I’ll forever save our messages of ‘I love you’….”
She also added that she is waiting Kerdiles to send a message and said, “Please send me a sign that you’re ok….maybe it’ll be thru a ham and cheese crepe or pasta with white sauce…or maybe your favorite carrot cake.”
She continued writing in her message, “We loved hard… and I can’t wait to ride bikes along the beaches of heaven with you one day.”
Who was Nic Kerdiles?
Nic Kerdiles was a former pro hockey player who dated Savannah and got engaged to the ‘Chrisley Knows Best’ star in December 2018.
However they postponed their marriage as the “things moved way too fast” per Page Six. The couple ultimately broke up in September 2020 but stayed on good terms.
Per TMZ, Kerdiles received fatal injuries in a motorcycle accident around 3.30 am in Nashville.
He allegedly sped through a stop sign in residential area before hitting a BMW. He was then taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he died later.
His accident took place just hours after he posted a picture riding his motorcycle on his Instagram story.
'Time passes but hearts remain'
After Savannah posted the heartfelt tribute on her Instagram story, comments poured in as netizens rallied behind her to support the heartbroken star.
