CLEVELAND, OHIO: Lineal Lightweight Champion Terence Crawford, during a conversation with Lil Wayne at Young Money Radio, stated that he feels Jake Paul and Logan Paul both are real fighters.
Lil Wayne and Crawford had a talk that goes beyond the boxing ring and touches on methods for getting the sport greater exposure. The Paul brothers, who have entered boxing and WWE as combat sports, were one of the subjects discussed. Crawford claims to consider the two as real boxers.
Terence Crawford's views on Paul brothers
During the conversation, Crawford said, "I look at Jake Paul and Logan Paul as real fighters. Real boxers. For the purpose being how long they’ve been doing. They started doing the backyard brawls with the gloves on years ago."
He added, "A lot of people probably don’t even know that. That was when they was doing the little YouTube stuff. Then they start training. Getting serious, training with serious boxers. So I look at them as real fighters. But the sport of boxing, it just needs more eyes on it."
Notably, Jake Paul so far has had a decent boxing career with a 7-1 record but all of his opponents have been non-professional boxers. However, Logan Paul recently took retirement from boxing who had only won just one boxing match in his career against Dillon Danis.

People don't think Jake Paul will face a particularly difficult test in his forthcoming fight against Andre August, as seen by the training clip of the boxer that leaked online.
August has primarily competed in small-scale Texas shows, and there isn't much video available of his bouts. Fans, however, are not very happy with some of his workout video that has just appeared online.
Jake Paul's boxing career began with fights against former mixed martial arts (MMA) stars Tyron Woodley, Anderson Silva, and Ben Askren. The "Problem Child," in the opinion of many commentators, needed to face a "real" fighter despite picking up a few victories.
