LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Republican candidate and Indian-origin entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy has been making headlines as the GOP debate approaches by taking the lead when it comes to the likes of Mike Pence and Tim Scott.
However, as per CBS News' latest poll, he still stacks behind former President Donald Trump and Governor of Florida Ron DeSantis. Ramaswamy currently stands at 7% in comparison to Trump’s 62%.
Not everyone seems to be pleased with Ramaswamy, including 'The View' co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin, a former Trump aide during his presidency, who recently slammed Ramaswamy on Twitter, labeling the Republican candidate as "unserious" and "unqualified."

'The View' co-host retweeted a video of CNN broadcaster Jim Acosta, where he interviewed Vivek Ramaswamy, questioning him about his stance on Vladimir Putin and Ukraine.
In his tweet, Acosta wrote, "During my interview with Ramaswamy, he reiterated his position that he would allow Putin to keep parts of Ukraine, block Ukraine from joining NATO, and even visit Putin in Moscow. The GOP contender added: “Our goal should not be for Putin to lose"."
Griffin asserted her claims about Ramaswamy, retweeting Acosta's post, stating, "Vivek didn’t vote until he was 30. He’s never done anything in public service - not even city council or served on a school board - but now he wants the top job. He keeps showing he knows 0 about foreign policy. Unserious, unqualified."
Following the tweet, Griffin also posted about the former Governor of South Carolina, Nikki Haley, and stated, "I hope @NikkiHaley teaches him a thing or two about US leadership in the world on the debate stage."
Later, 'The View' co-host doubled down on Ramaswamy and cited yet another interview of him, writing, "Recommend watching this interview with Vivek. Air Force vet @TezlynFigaro does a great job exposing he’s never done anything for service."
