NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Former Fox News journalist Megyn Kelly is the subject of online trolls once again after she shared a tweet, praising her team’s efforts over the Labor Day weekend.
Kelly took to X, formerly Twitter to express her gratitude for all that her team does to make her podcast, ‘The Megyn Kelly Show’ a raging success.
The 52-year-old acknowledged the intelligence and fearlessness of her peers in the post, stating that she’s “lucky” to have them by her side.
However, a few trolls didn’t see eye to eye with her and reminded her that her show is not “news” and has “nothing to do with journalism.”

Kelly has been hosting her podcast, ‘The Megyn Kelly Show’ for nearly three years now. After working for decades in the journalism industry, Kelly sought the services of the best people in the business to discover her new podcast.
A few years later, ‘The Megyn Kelly Show’ boasts a subscriber base of 1.42 million and is renowned for covering diverse topics from politics to popular culture.
The former Fox News host decided to acknowledge the efforts of her team for all their labor to make her show a success story over the Labor Day weekend.
On Monday, September 4, on her X profile, Kelly tweeted, “Taking a moment today to say thank you to all the folks who work on the @MegynKellyShow so tirelessly & diligently.”
She further added, “I am very lucky to have the best team in the business — fearless, clever, fair, and cynical in all the ways a newsman/woman should be.”
It was a noble effort from Kelly to recognize the people who helped her scale her vision and that too on a day of relative significance.

However, Kelly’s futile attempt to praise her team was called out by a few trolls who raised objections at the host for calling her podcast “news” and eventually discredited her hard work.
One tweeted, “Your show has nothing to do with journalism or news,” while a second said, “You have a team? Those poor souls.” A third mentioned that Kelly is the problem, claiming, “So then the problem must be you.”
A fourth added, “You're not a newswoman, just a boorish shill,” while another called the show “a plague.” A last mocked Kelly for calling her show news and wrote, “lol “news”...Ok Megyn.”
