NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: TJ Holmes, 46, and Marilee Fiebig, 45, have reached a divorce settlement nearly a year after the former 'GMA3' co-host’s affair with Amy Robach was exposed.
Us Weekly reported the divorce papers were filed on October 11, 2023, but they have been sealed from the public, as per another report.

Holmes and Fiebig share a 10-year-old daughter named Sabine. They tied the knot in 2010 and been married for almost 13 years when Holmes filed for divorce in December 2022.
The exes are expected to appear in court on January 9, 2024, for a final hearing.
The split came after Holmes was caught on camera grabbing the b*** of his co-host Robach, 50, during a romantic getaway, Daily Mail reported.
Robach was also married to actor Andrew Shue, but their divorce was reportedly near completion.

Fiebig told Page Six after the cheating scandal that she was “devastated” and “blindsided” by her husband’s affair as they had been separated but trying to "work things out."
“She had no idea,” the source said, adding “They haven’t been together, but they were trying to work it out.”

Following public backlash, their affair led to an internal investigation by ABC News, which resulted in their dismissal from 'GMA 3' in January 2023.
Sources also claimed that Holmes had inappropriate relationships with other staffers, including interns.
Reportedly Holmes and Robach's dalliance evolved in June 2022, when they were "in London together filming the Queen's Diamond Jubilee for ABC and staff were buzzing about the intimacy between them."
In 2022 November a witness told Daily Mail, "They were totally into each other. She was giggling at whatever he was saying, and they were looking at each other's phones.
"At one point she was kind of dancing in her chair to the music and laughing so hard she practically fell into his lap," the source added.
Despite the backlash from their scandalous affair, Holmes and Robach are still together.

The New York Post reported in March that both Holmes and Robach are “desperately” trying to get back on TV, but have been rejected by several networks.
The expert told the outlet that the talk show proposal from the couple was turned down by CBS Media Ventures, the syndicate arm of CBS.
“If they did a talk show, what would they talk about? What’s their expertise — infidelity?” the expert said, adding “They’d take anything. I think they’d host a game show at this point.”
In the recent update, Holmes and Amy were preparing for the NYC Marathon. Holmes also hinted at his next career move on social media but did not reveal any details.
In the divorce documents, a certificate of dissolution has been processed in the New York County Supreme Court, however, a settlement and divorce judgment is still pending.
