NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Host of ‘Tomi Lahren is Fearless’ and Fox News anchor Tomi Lahren has shared her take on Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s rumored relationship, which has taken the world by storm.
Previously, Lahren faced backlash on the internet after she shared her take on Kelce’s Pfizer ad, and Swift’s “wall-to-wall” coverage at the NFL game in New York City.
This time around, Lahren claims, “I really have nothing against Taylor Swift,” and also said, “I am a Taylor Swift fan.” However, the internet doesn’t seem convinced.
Tomi Lahren says she’s a Taylor Swift fan
On X, formerly known as Twitter, Fox News anchor Tomi Lahren wrote, “I really have nothing against Taylor Swift, but it’s clear that this is all for the spectacle. I’m not even a football fan and I’m annoyed for football fans that they have to endure this fluffy BS.”
In addition, she later also tweeted, “I am a Taylor Swift fan and I’m not a football fan but if I went to a Taylor Swift concert and saw constant football cut-ins I would be annoyed.”
Attached to this, was a brief clip of Lahren on ‘Tomi Lahren is Fearless’ where she said, “It’s wild to me how much people care, but it’s not wild to me how much her fans care, I get that. It’s a cult-like mentality surrounding Taylor Swift.”
She continued, “What’s interesting to me is how much the NFL is playing into this, how much the NFL is promoting this.”
Lahren also added that is not a “football fan” but feels bad for football fans, “that is what they are having to endure when they are trying to watch football. Just nonstop cutaways to Taylor Swift.”
Internet responds to Tomi Lahren on X
In response to Tomi Lahren’s claims of having “nothing against Taylor Swift,” the internet has flooded her X with several responses.
One person wrote, “Mad that one blonde is better than another? She has talent, you not so much.”
Some even shared previous posts by Lahren on X to refute her claims, “Yeah, you do. Stop lying. We can look through your history and see the lies.”
“There goes Tomi telling folks how she feels they should feel. What a clown show. Jealously noted,” wrote one user, and another said, “Always annoyed about something. Must be tiring.”
People have also asked Lahren to “sit this one out” as one person on X wrote, “You get annoyed by everything. Sit this one out.”
Another one said, “Real football fans aren't nearly as triggered by it as you seem to be. It's one game a week. Who cares.”
