USMNT schedule: Plan for a summer full of CONCACAF Gold Cup action

While the USWNT will be chasing another World Cup title, the USMNT will be chasing CONCACAF Gold Cup glory. Here's what you need to know to watch.

The US Men's National Team (USMNT) is set to participate in the 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup, which will take place from June 24 to July 16, 2023. The Gold Cup is the top men's competition for national teams from North and Central America and the Caribbean.

The team is flying high after securing their third straight Nations League title with a 2-0 win over Canada on Sunday.

The Americans, who boast one of the youngest teams in the tournament, will seek their second Gold Cup title in three years and seventh overall.

Game 1: USMNT vs. Jamaica: June 24, 2023, 9:30 p.m. ET — Soldier Field, Chicago, Illinois

The Americans have won four of their previous five meetings and scored 11 goals, while Jamaica only scored three. Jamaica has not won any of their last nine games overall. Their last victory was on June 7, 2022. The USMNT will aim to take control of the midfield and attack right from the start of the match.

Game 2: USMNT Vs. St. Kitts & Nevis: June 28, 2023, 9:30 p.m. ET — City Park, St. Louis Missouri

St. Kitts & Nevis is a strong team that made it into group A of the Gold Cup through two big wins in the Preliminaries. They narrowly missed the 2022 World Cup and are in good form, so the American team shouldn't underestimate them.

Game 3: USMNT Vs. Trinidad & Tobago July 2, 2023, 7:00 p.m. ET, Bank of America Stadium, Charlotte, North Carolina

A week ago, Trinidad & Tobago aimed to qualify for the Gold Cup via the Preliminaries. However, Nicaragua was disqualified from the Gold Cup for fielding an ineligible player and relegated to League B. As a result, the Soca Warriors were granted direct entry into the Gold Cup and were placed in Group A. It's an exciting opportunity for their young players. But Trinidad's roster is in flux due to the sudden turn of events. The Americans should steamroll into the knockout stages.

Should the US win Group A, they would face the Group D runners-up in Round 16. If they finish second, they will meet the Group D winners. It would be one of Canada, Guatemala, Cuba, and Curacao.

The four quarterfinal matches will occur at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, and Cincinnati's TQL Stadium. The two semifinals will occur on July 12 at San Diego's Snapdragon Stadium and Las Vegas' Allegiant Stadium. The final is on July 16 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.
