(Reuters) -Walmart Inc on Wednesday named Sam's Club Chief Executive Kathryn McLay as new head of its international division, succeeding Judith McKenna who is retiring.
McLay will take over the role effective Sept. 11, 2023 and report to Walmart CEO Doug McMillon.
McKenna, 57, will transition out of her current role and will serve as an executive vice president of the company in a transitional role.
