Call of Duty: Warzone content creator Timothy "TimTheTatman" Betar has unveiled a build for an AX-50 sniper rifle.
According to him, this set of attachments could create a new meta for sniper rifles following the class' all-encompassing nerf heading into Season 3. This isn't unusual, of course. Nerfs to popular categories of weapons is a common occurrence in the name of balance â as Tim explains in a new video posted to his YouTube channel on May 6.
"A lot of these sniper rifles that a lot of us loved got nerfed pretty hard," said Tim, "You canât one-shot someone if you hit them in the head from a certain distance away. So, obviously, there's gotta be a new king sniper in town, right?"

The attachments for this build are as follows:
- Barrel:Â 32â³0 Factory Barrel
- Laser:Â Tac Laser
- Perk:Â Sleight Of Hand
- Rear Grip:Â Stippled Grip Tape
- Stock:Â Singuard Arms Assassin
If Tim's performance with the weapon in his new video is anything to go by, this AX-50 build could be the very "king sniper" players need to advance in Season 3.
As he explains, this build is all about the speed at which players can pull up their scopes and nail those important sniper shots with the best accuracy. This allows them to both maneuver into position and pull up their sights to make the ever-crucial distance shots snipers are meant for â even with the nerf.
As the video wraps up, Tim encourages players impressed by the AX-50 to "give it a shot."
"Iâm telling you, give it a shot, baby...New meta? Maybe," he said.
