This is Anderson’s second adaptation of Dahl’s work with the earlier one being, 'Mr. Fantastic Fox' back in 2009. Benedict Cumberbatch, the legendary actor in Marvel’s ‘Doctor Strange’ franchise and ‘Sherlock Holmes’ for BBC, is set to play the titular role of Henry Sugar. Assisting Benedict in his duties are Ralph Fiennes, Dev Patel, Richard Ayoade, Rupert Friend, and Sir Ben Kingsley. The film is set to be divided into three specific chapters with Henry Sugar serving as a connecting thread through each one.
