WWE 2K23's release is around the corner with fans excited to play as new superstars including Cody Rhodes.
WWE 2K23 is the next entry in 2K and WWE's popular wrestling video game franchise. The new entry includes The Bella Twins, Kurt Angle, Queen Zelina, Cody Rhodes and Molly Holly as new playable characters. As well, fans who pre-order the game can unlock Bad Bunny as a playable character. But, when can fans get their hands on WWE 2K23?
When is WWE 2K23 Coming Out?
WWE 2K23 is set to release Mar. 17 for PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X|S and PC. There are multiple editions including the standard, Deluxe and Icon Editions of the game. The prices for each are as follows:
- Standard Edition - $59.99 (old gen and PC), $69.99 (current gen)
- Cross-Gen Digital Edition - $69.99
- Deluxe Edition - $99.99
- Icon Edition - $119.99
Each version features a different era of John Cena. The standard edition features a more modern day Cena, the Deluxe Edition features his Doctor of Thuganomics character donning the WWE United States Championship and the Icon Edition features him with his iconic WWE Championship spinner belt.
WWE 2K has dominated the wrestling subgenre of gaming, but it has some competition the horizon with AEW Fight Forever. Fans hope 2K23 improves on the franchise and includes updates improving gameplay and modes.
