AUSTIN, TEXAS: 'Teen Mom' alum Farrah Abraham was arrested in a battery case after an alleged altercation with a security guard in January 2022. However, she has moved out of California after the arrest.

In a recent Instagram post, Farrah revealed that she is thankful that she now lives in Austin, Texas, adding, "Where security doesn’t set up attacks on public figures) & look forward to changing our legal systems surrounding prosecutors and allowing criminal attacks in uniform."

The reality star explained, "As we all should never be assaulted, cuffed, or excessive force while eating dinner or checking out a rooftop."

Farrah added, "I've learned that it’s better to just stay away from those who have no self control - our system should act on criminal defamation and lies that hurt innocent people every day."

She concluded her post by saying, "Criminal Vs. CIVIL - Justice Always prevails even in a corrupt Judicial systems."

Farrah Abraham has to complete 40 hours of community service

Farrah Abraham has been sentenced nearly two years after she allegedly slapped a security guard outside of the Grandmaster Records restaurant in Hollywood in January 2022 in Los Angeles.

Farrah was released later the same day with a citation to return to court, where she was charged with battery on a peace officer or police officer on June 2, 2022.

While Abraham avoided jail time in the incident, she was sentenced to 18 months of probation with mandatory supervision on Tuesday, October 17, according to the court documents obtained by In Touch.

Although Farrah was not required to pay a fine or attend any classes related to the incident, she needed to complete 40 hours of community service.

Farrah Abraham claims security guard 'battered and assaulted' her

Farrah took to her Instagram Stories on the night of the alleged incident and shared multiple videos, including one where she was being handcuffed and held down on the ground by a male security guard.

However, she claimed in her Instagram Stories that she was the victim. She said, "The staff yet again attack a paying customer and hold me against my will and hurt me."

She added, "The only one out of three. Woman abuse must stop." In another post, she wrote, "@grandmasterrecords what a horrible dining experience being battered and assaulted by your staff. Such an unsafe, disturbing environment."

'Teen Mom' alum Farrah Abraham's legal drama

'Teen Mom' alum Farrah Abraham's battery case was not the first time she publicly accused someone of assault.

In April 2021, she reportedly filed a police report stating that Dominic Foppol, a then-California mayor, sexually assaulted her one month prior.

Foppo, who denied all allegations, was also accused by eight more women and resigned later that year.

Six years earlier, she claimed she was raped by porn star James Deen.

Abraham has been involved in her fair share of controversies over the years.

She had to quit 'Teen Mom' in 2018 after producers gave her an ultimatum to continue with her adult entertainment career or leave the network.

In addition to her adult video career, Farrah has been highly criticized for her treatment of the 'Teen Mom' crew and she has frequently made headlines for her parenting decisions as well.
