CAIRO, GEORGIA: Moriah Plath, the family rebel, appears in TLC's 'Welcome to Plathville' Season 5. She began acting out towards Kim and Barry Plath because she didn't want to follow the rigid rules she was taught as a child. According to her Instagram, she is currently living in a new apartment with the puppy she adopted in 2022.

In a sneak peek for the forthcoming episode, Ethan Plath is now blaming his sister and accusing her of blocking him.
Ethan said in the preview for the September 19 episode of 'Welcome to Plathville' that he has come across his father and Micah a couple of times.
He believes that his family has alienated his wife and will only deal with him and not his partner, which irritates him.
Moriah is the person he claims to have the greatest problems with.
Ethan appeared to be hurt since they were so close at one point. He revealed that both he and his wife Olivia went out of their way to help her. "We were just stabbed in the back with it," he sighed.
Ethan also revealed that Moriah had disappeared from their lives and had blocked his number, making it difficult for him to contact his sister.
She also had a strong relationship with Olivia Plath while living with Ethan and her.
Moriah was booted out of the home by Kim and Barry Plath in Season 2.
Olivia too revolted against the Plaths. She was accused of 'corrupting' Ethan with her contemporary outlook on life, which originally drew Moriah the rebel to her as well.
Moriah, Olivia, Ethan, and Olivia's brother Nathan Meggs, all shared a house. Moriah opted to leave Olivia and Ethan after living with them for a long time, as seen in Season 5.
Moriah left when Olivia and Ethan went on a trip to Europe. This shocked both of them.
While Moriah's next move remains uncertain, it seems that she wants to be close to her parents and siblings in Georgia now.

Moriah may be seen in Season 5 of 'Welcome to Plathville,' but she is more than simply a reality TV celebrity. She declared her entry into the world of bartending in 2022.
She posted a picture on Instagram in December 2022 captioning, “Graduated from @elitebartendingschoolcfl last July and just wanted to give them a shoutout!”
She added, "Taking this course was so much fun! I’m not the quickest learner, but they made sure that in just a few weeks, I was 100% confident in my bartending skills!"
Moriah also discussed her next moves, stating that she is "in school for other things" while bartending.
"I’ve now graduated and am enjoying bartending events, and am in school for other things, but I hop on over now and then to sit in on a class if I want to learn more drinks or just refresh my memory!" she said.
Moriah also continues to sing and dance.

While Moriah had previously rebelled against her parents, she tries to repair her connection with them in 'Welcome to Plathville' Season 5. This also implies that she is willing to move further away from Olivia.
Olivia accused Kim of using Ethan's credit card in the past, but Moriah is skeptical. "She was using a made-up story to validate her big emotions," Moriah says to Kim in the Season 5 trailer.
The clip also shows Barry immersing Moriah's head in water, implying that she doesn't want anything to do with Olivia.
She said, "I’ve carried all this baggage and weight of all the mistakes that I’ve made my whole life, and it’s time to just put that down."

Moriah from 'Welcome to Plathville' is blissfully single after a violent break-up with ex-boyfriend Max Kallschmidt, and she has no intentions to change her relationship status anytime soon!
During the second season of the popular TLC reality show, the 21-year-old entered into a relationship with her 23-year-old former partner in 2020.
The former couple had even planned to relocate from Cairo, Georgia, to Tampa, Florida, along with Moriah's brother Ethan and sister-in-law Olivia.
Max even went to great lengths — discussing his future plans with Moriah and gifting her a promise ring — intensifying the pain of their breakup.
